Lots of things going on. Masters done, traveling done. Just looking for my lot in life.
Made it a goal of mine to start writing again and am surprisingly farther in than I thought I would be. Have had a few people look at it thus far, and I seem to be on the right track. Am pretty excited, not gunna lie. I really, REALLY hope this turns into something this time. And with the idea I have, I might actually finish the full story!
Please check out my landscape travel blog, The Secret Garden Atlas
, that I've been working on with some friends. As we're all Landscape Architects, it's kind of a checklist of can't miss unusual landscapes that are quite unique. From ephemeral installments to small nook and cranny pocket parks, the blog showcases cool spaces that can't be found anywhere else. Do you have an awesome landscape that you feel is unknown and extraordinary? Let me know and you could have your own entry as a guest blogger!
Aside from that, I've also been working on my drawing technique. Unfortunately it seems I have quite a cartoony style... a fact I'm not very happy with. So when I have the time, I'll be working on my drawing technique so that I can improve.
I also like to make the occasional book, so if you like the work I do, such as below, please feel free to check out my Etsy account
to own your very own!! I make everything from palm-sized books to mini books that can be made into necklaces.
Have any requests? I LOVE to make geeky books (as you can tell) and would love the challenge of creating a geek book just for you!
Have a few cosplay ideas that are still in the making. I was thinking of doing some commission based costumes, though I'm not sure. I haven't seen an anime in.... actually years, so it's been harder and harder to chose a costume. I really want to do a Bioshock themed cosplay, however the outfits are either not that complex or TOO complex. I really don't want to deal with any fiberglass, even if walking around as a big daddy, handy man or mechanized patriot would be the coolest thing ever hahahaha. Hm... maybe I need to rethink this fiberglass decision...
Anyway, just thought I'd letcha guys know I'm not dead
